The pillows arrived in torn open original plastic wrap and appeared to have been returned items slightly dirty, The shipping costs of over $20 was way over priced and We could have paid about $2 more and gotten them with out shipping charges.

This pillow is awful. It smells like a condom, is far too soft, and your head rolls off it. Don’t let the expensive price fool you – I would have been better off buying a pillow for five dollars. Worst purchase ever.

i’ve tried all the memory foam up to here then i heard of the latex pillows not just a change a whole nother way of pillow to sleep on you dont have to belive me just try one for your self then you can tell others

Received wrong size, returned and again received wrong size.
My computer was down for several days and there was no way otherwise provided to complain.
Finally had to contact the credit card company . They gave me a phone number to call.
When I finally got them on the phone, they could noy have been any more understanding and accommodating .
